Temple Timings :



Azhagar Kovil is open daily from 6 am. to 1 pm. and 5 pm to 8 pm.

Poojas are held thrice a day at 7.30 am.,12.00 noon and 7.30 pm.

"Brahmootshavam' or annual festival is held for fifteen days, the final being on full-moon day in the Tamil month of Chithirai (April-May) with an alms-giving to the devotees. Special pooja for Karuppannaswamy is held on the sixteenth day.

Other festivals held during the year are Vaikasi Visakam, Krishna Jayanthi, Avani Onam, Deepavali, Anjaneya Jaynthi, New Year, Thai Pongal and many others.Devotees, not only Hindus, but also Buddhists participate in these poojas and festivals in large numbers.
